Arm2Arm had planned a medical mission trip to Haiti on January 28, 2010. Maryse Adonis along with Jeanine and a group of medical people had planned to stay at their sister Francois’s home and provide medical services to local Haitians. The devastating earthquake that struck Haiti may force plans to change. Arm2Arm is still planning to go to Haiti and bring with them the medical supplies for first-aid relief.

The Providence TSETSE Gallery is having its opening gala on January 26, 2010. This gala will be a massive fund raiser for Haitian Relief. All sales of Catholic mission and Crosby mission’s art items will go directly to Haitian Relief through Arm2Arm. The opening will also feature a number of excellent local artists, who have agreed to donate half of all proceeds to Haitian Relief. Plus the gallery will donate all commissions earned that night as well.
This is an excellent opportunity for everyone to support Arm2Arm and Haitian Relief, and enjoy the opportunity to acquire beautiful artwork.

Arm2Arm Fundraising Gala on Friday, April 30 at Ann Howard’s @ Indian Hill Country Club in Newington from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. This delightful and informative evening will feature WFSB Channel 3’s Mike Hydeck, local talent such as the Performing Ensemble from the Artists’ Collective, delicious hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, silent auction and more! Have a great evening out AND support a great cause.
Tickets are $60 per person/$100 per couple

Our 2010 Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic is coming, and we need your help! There are two ways for you to help.
- Monetary Donations! We are in desperate need of funds for teachers’ salaries, school supplies and furniture, and food for our students. Just $75 pays a teacher’s salary for a whole month. Our school also desperately needs a latrine. Give a little, give a lot — your contribution really matters!
- Supplies! In 2010, our goal is to bring 1800 toothbrushes, 1000 bottles of children vitamins with us to the DR! Help us reach our goal, or provide other supplies. You can donate by:

Arm2Arm’s Medical Mission Trip “Helping the Forgotten Haitians in the Dominican Republic”
We would like to thank all of you for supporting our mission. It was a great success. Because of your generous donations, we were able to treat and feed over 700 patients from many different bateyes all in the course of one week. We distributed food, hygiene and medical supplpies to the villagers.
The following supplies are always needed:
- Aspirin
- Tylenol
- Multi-vitamins for adults and children
- Cough Syrup for Adults and children
- Parasite Medication
- Children’s undergarments new ages 6-12
- Toothpaste/Toothbrushes
- Combs
- Maalox
- Mylanta
